conjunction with National Clean Beaches Week.

Powers
celebrates its biggest event of the year, White Cedar
Days, July 2 through 4. The big parade is Saturday
with cloggers,
sheriff’s posse, Tioga Mountain Men, and more. On Friday are the
Kids Parade mid-day and a street dance that evening. Throughout the
weekend are vendors, arts and crafts, a farmers market, and a
softball tournament involving 16 teams. Fireworks light the sky over
the pond at Powers County Park at dusk on Saturday, July 4
