Washington State International Kite Festival - Kite festival held annually on the Long Beach Peninsula. Events, links to local attractions, pictures and information on flyers from past years.

The NW Garlic Festival is held each June in Ocean Park combines the flavor of garlic with the flavors of the sea.

Construction of
Fort Canby began in July 1863 with additions made until WWII.  The park also includes s visitor center commemorating  Lewis and Clark reaching the Pacific Ocean and access to Cape Disappointment and North Head Lights.  Camping, picnicing, boating, also available.

The World Kite Museum in Long Beach celebrates the achievements and magic of kiting world-wide.

Willapa Bay Oyster House Interpretive Center exhibits the story of the 145 year history of oyster farming.  Housed in a replica of the last oyster station, tools of the trade and stories of the settler are among the displays.

Founded in 1885, Jack's Country Store is thought to be the oldest continuously operating store in Washington.  Located in Ocean Park, this is an interesting visit with everything you'd expect in a country store.  

Leadbetter State Park, is part park, part wildlife refuge.  Situated on the tip of the Long Beach Peninsula it is home to more than 100 species of birds

Willapa Bay Trail is one of many Washington Water Trails.  Access Willapa Bay from various points to enjoy an array of water activities.
