San Francisco Maritine Nat Historic Park, located at the west end of San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf, includes the fleet of historic vessels at Hyde Street Pier, the Maritime Museum, and the Maritime Museum Library.  

The Musee Mecanique contains over 160 coin-operated mechanical instruments consisting of Grand-Ma Fortune Tellers, lovetellers, strength testers, and games of chance and skill dating from the 1880's thru the present. Free  admission but machines are coin operated in their original condition so the public can enjoy them as they were originally intended.  Located at the Cliff House Restaurant, a San Francisco landmark since 1863.  Take Geary to Ocean Beach.

The Ruth Bancroft Garden is unique in its use of water conserving flora while being recognized as one of the finest private gardens in the U.S.  $5.00
