Haystack Rock
One of the largest monoliths in the world, Haystack Rock jettisons
235 feet above sea level. The area is teeming with marine life, interpreters are available during am low tides.
Ecola State Park - One of the must sees for Oregon coast visitors, Ecola offers a stunning mixture of old-growth sitka and spruce forests and spectacular ocean beaches. Trails to Tillamook Head, Indian Beach, Indian Point and the six mile Lewis & Clark trail to Seaside.
Del Rey Beach State Recreation Site - If you're ready for beach horseback riding, head for Del Rey. Long stretches of sandy beach and horse rentals available.
Oswald State Park, nestled in a cove and protected from strong winds, is a favorite for windsurfers and other water sports enthusiasts. Access the Pacific Crest Trail and trail to the Cape Falcon Overlook.
